The Dark Knight Binges parody

Atomic Productions are back with their latest party-themed parody project, following in the viral footsteps of Inebriation and Drink.

Back when Andrew and Ben were raising funds for the project we got in touch to see if we could help out with the post-production. Once the shoot was done they fired some VFX plates over to us and we put together three specific shots for the trailer parody.

Combined with our work on Video Game High School and an upcoming, unannounced feature film, we've really been putting HitFilm through its paces. Working on projects from other directors is a great way to push the software and test prototype tech in real world situations, and all helps to improve the software.

The Dark Knight Binges was great fun to work on and we're looking forward to what Atomic is doing next as they enter their post-parody phase. Don't miss their production topic over on the forums.

Loved this guys- amazing work all round! The shots of the vehicles were great- if a little short- really made your trailer more similar to the original and stand out. The actor that played the two leads- batman and Bane were incredible- the costumes were fantastic as well as the locations- production wise i think this is your strongest piece yet.
As has been said quite a bit and i suppose you're sick of hearing it- i can't wait to see you guys create another more original short similar to your earlier works-the frat/bingeing concept seems to waning a bit now and i'd love to see your efforts put into a much more clever and cinematic film.
Still, great work- you should be proud of how high the standard is in such a short turnaround- all those 48 hour challenges have come in handy :biggrin:
